Course Outline and Objectives

This course covers 5 key areas and these are i) body and mind, ii) community and friends, iii) financial iv) personal goals, and v) career. Each of these areas are covered equally and make up a balanced. This course tends to be very popular and usually gets an excellent participant feedback.

Delivery Method
